This is a simple to use kit for those who just want a little lift for a special event, I wouldn’t say it’s very strong

Yes these will give you whiter teeth but they also made my teeth very sensitive after using for a while so I stopped before using the whole pack and have opted for a more natural-based teeth whitening strip brand. They also cause lots of uneven very bright white spots on the teeth which seems to be fluorosis I really don’t think this product is very good for you at all. Lots of the chemicals also seep from the strips into your mouth so that’s another reason I’ve opted for more natural ones.

I was happily surprised when my husband noticed my whiter smile. Even though I didn’t notice initially my teeth did go a whiter shade. A little sensitivity to the teeth but nothing major.

I use the advanced seal whitening strips twice a week and they work wonders. I leave on for 20min and the results are amazing. Highly recommend
