    These are the perfect combination of vitamins when you are sick. Garlic is great for fight the flu and echinacea is a natural antibiotic. I found they really helped to relieve my symptoms.

    I take this everyday as if I miss a dose I know within a few days and yes it never fail, I get the sniffles. I suggest others use this if your immunity is low.
