I find it easier to get my vitamins through food especially Kiwi fruit, capsicum and lemons. This is a good combination as a back up

These are the perfect combination of vitamins when you are sick. Garlic is great for fight the flu and echinacea is a natural antibiotic. I found they really helped to relieve my symptoms.

I take this everyday as if I miss a dose I know within a few days and yes it never fail, I get the sniffles. I suggest others use this if your immunity is low.

The taste of garlic in this is very prominent but if you can get past the taste then they do make colds go away faster
