  • Baxters my dogs number 1

    4 out of 5

My dog loves this product, was not sure if she woukd at first because the biscuits felt very hard but she loves them. Her number 1

  • Cheap and more affordable.

    3 out of 5

Although not the best or most nutritious dry food available for dogs, it is definitely a cheaper and more affordable option. It is available at local supermarkets, and the bag is a generous size, meaning you get your moneys worth.

  • Good Value

    2.5 out of 5

Definitely not the best option for your furry friend but great value. I think it is okay to use on occasion and if paired with a quality wet food

Definitely not the best option for your furry friend but great value

  • Dogs best friend

    5 out of 5

My fur baby absolutely loves this brand, its affordable and lasts alot longer than other pet food products.

  • Not Great

    2 out of 5

Purchased this for our dog after not being able to get anything else at our local supermarket. Never again. It made her sick and we had to stop feeding it to her. Whilst it is a cheap product it was not worth it in the end and will not purchase this brand anymore

  • Okay, but not the best there is

    3 out of 5

I have bought this on occasion when I needed a low cost dog biscuit. But they are not the healthiest on the market and when giving a dog a sole biscuit diet without meat, it’s not very nutritional.

  • Not the best nutrition

    1.5 out of 5

The product is full of wheat breads and cereals. Where protein is not the most important protein. The product contains a lot of fillers which is why it’s so affordable.

  • Not for my dog

    3 out of 5

While Baxters is a cheap dry dog food, and you get a decent amount, I dont like feeding my dogs as it has a bunch of preservatives, Ill stick to the more expensive stuff.

  • She's just not that into you, Baxter's.

    2 out of 5

I’ve gotten this brand a few times, it’s easy on the pocket, it came in flaviours my pooch ought to like I thought she eat it But i’ve been feeding it the ants this whole time

  • Horrid Stuff

    0.5 out of 5

Haven’t bothered to look at ingredients or do any research. All I know is that the dog released horrendous streams of hot, stinking lava out of one end – and foamy undigested biscuits out of the other after eating his first bowl of this.

Right as rain after a trip to the vets for rehydration.

Technically we couldn’t tell for certain that it was the food, however the anecdotal evidence certainly points to that being the one and only cause.

  • Great

Nice and d cheap. Our dog loves munching away at this dry food. Good size peices for her. I never know what’s healthy for dogs and what’s just good marketing so I try to stick with mid range Price’s.

Can’t really beat this price, but you get what you pay for with the quality and ingredients so it’s not the best. We use every now and again tho

  • Good value

Good value for money – I understand it might not have the premium ingredients that we want for our dogs however for the price, I think it’s great value

  • Value, sure. But healthy?

    2.5 out of 5

The value of this is great as it’s only about $13 for the whole bag. The problem there are lots of junk preservatives in this which is enough to give me pause next time

  • Oh the smell!

    2.5 out of 5

My dog eats this no problems, but the smell that comes afterwards… Omg! It is terrible! I don’t know what it is that doesn’t agree with him but something doesn’t!

  • Great price

    2.5 out of 5

My 2 dogs like these biscuits but they give them the most horrible gas. It is disgusting. I haven’t bought them again. I love the price, not the smell.

  • Good value for money

    3.5 out of 5

My dog aren’t fussy eaters and did seem to like this. The price is great the only issue I had was that the bag isn’t resealable.

  • Great price

    4.5 out of 5

This is probably one of the best value dry dog foods out there (when the other brands arnt on sale). So this is my go to and my precious loves chowing down on them. A little hard tho as she crunches away

  • Excellent!

    4.5 out of 5

I have a Maltese terrier who will only eat this . Reasonably priced and full of good quality flavour. When I add some warm water to it, it makes like a gravy which is the right consistency and my dog finishes every morsel.

  • Fussy dog loves it

    4 out of 5

My dogs are very fussy and we struggled to find dry food they tolerated. They love this brand! and it is very reasonable in price.

  • Best dry food

    4.5 out of 5

My dog is extremely picky and won’t eat anything out of a tin. We give her this dog food with some human food and she eats it all.

  • Budget friendly dog food

    5 out of 5

I have three dogs; a Labrador, Staffy x Kelpie, & a Greyhound x Harlequin Dane. They all EAT A LOT. Baxter’s is a really great option for the hip pocket & it’s gentler on (my) pups tummies than others I have tried. Cannot fault this kibble!
