This cheese has a nice and strong taste. It’s the perfect addition to a cheese and antipasto board!
It’s also great melted on an open cheese melt.

My favourite everyday cheese, I use this cheese in just about everything I make. It is so delicious and has a strong bite to it. It took me a while to find a cheese I love and this is definitely one of them. Great on crackers, in cooking or in you salad.

Bega does great cheese!!! I could easily (and have!) eat a whole block in one sitting, it’s that addictive! From toasties to pizzas to pastas to cheesy sauces, this is the hero in all my cheese infused dishes!

Omg I can seriously eat a whole block of this cheese. I love the taste of this cheese. It packs a punch. I honestly think it’s great cheese.

This is better value than the smaller block which is more expensive. Good for snacks, crackers or even a pasta so this is worth it

This strong and Bitey is super tasty. Friday nights are often a dit around the table with a glass of wine… some strong and bitey .. some quince paste and some crackers … strong and bitey goes so well with quince.. great price, great taste and easily found in the supermarket

This cheese is the perfect all rounder. Great for sandwiches, crackers, melting, slicing, shredding or baking. A good strong taste and so versatile.

Not everyone liked this, I do like the slight bite it has and still has a creamy taste too. Not crumbly like other vintage cheeses. So much easier for cleaning up and for handling of it.

Love this cheese it has just the right amount of creaminess and bite to it, it’s a must have in my household way too tasty to avoid

I love this cheese, it is perfect on a cheese board or in a sandwich. I like my cheese on the stronger side so this fits the bill perfectly.

This is a nice cheese, it’s not my go to but if it’s on special or my go to is out I’ll buy this, I love a strong and bitey cheese but I don’t think this is one.

Bega strong and bitey vintage cheese is for sure – strong, bitey and full of cheese flavour. I love to have this cheese on a platter and it gets eaten with not a crumbly bit of cheese left on the platter.

I like the flavour of this Bega however strong and bitey is a bit of a big call. I find it quite mild and only just stronger than the tasty cheese the kids eat. It is quite creamy and tasty though.
