This vintage cheddar is a winner! Don’t be put off by the package size, great things come in small sizes. It’s the most crumbly grocery store cheddar I’ve tried, so sharp and bitey.

Great cheese. I like this as an everyday cheese for its strong flavour. Nice for snacking on by itself, with crackers/biscuits, in toasties or on pasta etc.

A very versatile cheese that works well on sandwiches, salads, pasta and platters. A good rich flavour and a texture and consistency that cuts well.

Love it, has a really nice taste its a little bitter which i personally love but not overly so its nice. I add it to salads or even my cheese toasties

I always buy this cheese when I want to create a grazing board because it’s just so yummy and flavoursome.
It’s the perfect size for entertaining and also goes down well as a snack when I’m feeling peckish.

I’m lactose intolerant and vintage cheese’ s are tolerable to me. This cheese is very sharp and bold so you dont need much of it so it goes a long way. I find it difficult to put on sandwiches as its very crumbly.

Mainland cheese is a terrific brand for delicious tasting cheese. They have a variety of yummy cheese to select from in store; including vintage cheddar cheese.

I liked this cheese so much I actively sought out to rate it. It is perfect with vitaweat cracked pepper cracker and a big glass of wine!

I think Mainland’s cheddar vintage is a fantastic tasting cheese. It is full of flavour and has a great texture. I love it on toast, crackers, or even just on its own.

It has its own unique flavour, total different from other vintage cheeses.
It’s a great finish on the palate and is an excellent partner to a good quality red wine.

So nice to add to an entertaining platter or just to have a little family Sunday afternoon snack platter with the little ones and a movie

We had this on a platter for Christmas and it was delicious! We all really enjoyed the bitey taste of vintage and it tasted every bit as good as more gourmet brands that I’ve used in the past. It was really tasty with the beef kabana that I had to go with it.

This cheese is the only cheese I use, I horde it and keep it hidden in the back of the fridge for when I get a time out and can have some wine and cheese. It’s so tasty, crumbly and sharp… I am just so upset Coles stopped stocking it. Always have to go find a nearby woolies!

My hubby is a cheese lover, he loves mainland cheddar vintage, Aged upto 24 months is perfect and aged nicely and great sharp taste but not overly sharp.
