This creamy tasty family favourite cheese is wonderful in ham cheese toasties, on top of cottage pie, lasange and makes the best macaroni and cheese. Defiantly recommend.

The flavours are not too overwhelming however the texture is not quite for me as it is a bit too soft as I prefer harder cheeses

I love the taste of Colby cheese but this one has a better flavour than other brands, it’s soft and firm and the flavour is absolutely amazing. It’s great to cut and have melted on toast with tomato’s, in sandwiches or just on crackers.

This cheese is perfect on a platter with other cheeses it tastes fantastic and is very delcious I think its tastier and goes so good with food

Mainland colby cheese is a tasty cheese full of flavour.
I love this cheese of toasties with tomatos and onion or with tin spaghetti on toasties.

Colby cheese really is a terrific tasting cheese. It is an allrounder cheese; great on sandwiches, grilled on toast and sliced and served with crackers.

We regularly buy this cheese as stable in the fridge. The children enjoy the smooth and creamy taste. I would also say it is a mid firm cheese (hope that makes sense). We use it as grated cheese for toppings (ie on pasta) and eat thin slices of it. It is also our preferred cheese for melting.

Mainland make very good cheeses and the colby cheese is a delicious and creamy cheese to enjoy on crackers and in sandwiches,a very good brand!

thisis the best cheese for toasting or even just having on a platter with biscuits. i have had colby cheese before but this mainland brand is so creamy and tasty

I like Mainland Colby cheese – it’s a good all-rounder cheese whether on savoury biscuits or melted or just to slice & eat whilst on the run

I don’t mind this mainland colby cheese, though it’s not one of my favourites. The flavour and the texture is a little too soft for me.

We have eaten mainland cheese for ever. Love the way it melts on toast in pasta dishes pizza great in salads & sandwiches it has a creamier texture great mild favour cheese
