This is a great size to cut up for appetisers with some cherry tomatos and crackers or on an grazing platter. Great on pizza and in salads too. Always enjoyable

I remember getting this many moons ago and still rate its cheese quite highly. Full bodied, flavourful and not bland. Good bite to it as well

Nimbin vintage cheese is a very nice flavoured cheese that is wonderful by itself on cracker lane and also lovely to eat in a salad sandwich.
