I have tried just about every brand of butter that there is and this Devondale salt reduced butter is one of the better ones. Very nice in taste and texture and usually sells for a reasonable price.

Spreadable goodness. When I’m searching the butter section I’m searching for quality brands and a special. Can’t pass this creamy butter if on special. Always a winner

Personally, I can’t tell if the salt has been reduced and is obvious in the taste. But I’ll take it at its word that the salt’s reduced. Taste is not compromised

While I prefer a much more buttery taste, this is great to have in the fridge as an everyday spread and it spreads on soo easily. When I seek something more indulgent, I tend to go for a more buttery spread.

Yes it is easy to spread
But is it Butter or Margarine? I swapped from margarine yrs ago, normally buy Western Star, but would buy the old Devondale Salt reduce butter when it was on Special. But his one, I will on, easy to spread, low in Salt, but it tastes & looks like margarine. Shall not be buying this one again

Nice smooth spread that easily spreads onto soft bread. Made with butter but doesn’t have that true butter taste so lost a star from me

Devondale has a terrific range of dairy products that we enjoy eating. Devondale extra soft salt reduced butter has a creamy texture and good taste.

Spreads very easily.straight out of the fridge without needing to soften but I find the taste to be more like margarine than butter so I was pretty disappointed

This is a good product. It spreads well out of the fridge BUT I don’t think it is the tastiest spreadable product out there. Personally it has too much of a margarine taste for my liking and not enough of a butter taste.

since they changed the packaging they also change the product, now looks like ,spreads like and taste’s like margarine, loss me

I like this brand but my hopeless partner can’t use it without mangling his bread so we had to switch (even with the extra soft) I find it creamy, easy to spread and really tasty

I always find Devondale to have quality products and this Extra Soft salt reduced butter is no exception. It is easy to spread even on soft bread and I am trying to reduce my kids salt in take so this salt reduced version help with my quest.

While this is one of my preferred companies for dairy items, I would rather purchase a particular Danish brand and once you’ve made tasted this one, it’s hard to go back

Devondale extra soft butter has a nice flavour and is easy to spread on bread.A good brand and also a reasonable price compared to others.

I go between this and the blue salt reduced. This is a lot easier to spread on fresh bread. I use real block butter for baking and this for everything else. Tastes out of this world on a hot dinner roll!

Devondale Extra soft Salt Reduced Butter has a fantastic flavour and is very easy to spread even when it’s just taken out of the fridge. Salt reduced is even better for health reasons.
