Nuttelex Lite Olive Spread is a good alternative choice to butter. I’m not a fan of its smell and will only purchase this when on sale. It does have a good consistency when spreading on bread or toasted bread.

Great for those that need to lower their cholesterol, a healthy fat needed in our diets. Nice and soft so doesn’t tear your bread and the taste is pretty awesome

Great for those who are lactose intollerant. Spreads easily and is a healthy alternative to butter/margarine. Lasts for ages and is good for toasted sandwhiches although I don’t cook with it otherwise.
