Well done jamie Oliver uve nailed it. Ive only ever tried pollock once before and i wasn’t a fan, but the flavor combinations and textures in these burgers were very good ill definitely be buying again

I love just about everything Jamie Oliver. I had never tried pollock before trying these burgers. A healthy change from your average beef and chicken burgers. I’ll be buying regularly for sure
