I certainly enjoy making my own pasta at home, sometimes from scratch, but every now and again I try these ready made meals like Latina’s Matriciana and although I don’t think they quite match home made, they are certainly convenient and tasty for a quick meal.

Having very little time to cook and eat lunch at work, I’m always looking for different ready meals to try! Loving pasta, I couldn’t go pasta (lol) this one! Clear and concise microwave instructions which turned out a pretty good meal! Substantial size and both pasta and sauce were tasty – would have liked a little more meat, but overall, above expectations!
