    I stock up on Philly when it is on special as it is great to have on hand to make your own dips, cheesecakes or other dishes. It also has a decent use by date so stores in the fridge for a while.

    I had this block of cream cheese and I wasn’t keen to make a cheesecake and I couldn’t think of anything else to make with it so I just spread it on crackers and ate it and it was great. Not the easiest to spread out of the foil wrapping but still good.

    I’ve lost count of the number of packets of Kraft Philadelphia Block Cream Cheese I have used. Our family loves cheesecake so it’s a necessity to always have Philadelphia in the fridge. Philadelphia has been whipped into so many different flavoured creamy cheesecakes. Another favourite is carrot cake with cream cheese icing so out comes the Philadelphia again. Perfect every time.

    This is such a versatile cheese. It’s delicious on sandwiches and mixed with salmon or avocado to make a quick and yummy dip. Not to mention how good it is in cheescakes and mixed with icing sugar for a cream cheese icing. It has a long fridge life, so it’s easy to always have a packet in the fridge. :)

    I use this atleast once per month and have been doing so, for many years. I use it for my secret cob bread dip and the array of cheesecakes I love making. It makes my cheesecakes, smooth creamy and delicious. I love that the back of the pack contains different recipe ideas. I cut them out and store them in my recipe folder.

    From making dips to cheesecake and topping crackers this cream cheese is the best. My favourite recipe is a baked oreo cheesecake. Uses 4 blocks of cream cheese. A bit expensive but so worth it. It tastes devine.

    I absolutely love to use the Philadelphia Cream cheese block to make baked (or the occasional unbaked) cheesecake. It makes the cheesecakes smooth, creamy and totally delicious. I have tried to substitute with other brands but the good old Philly cheese can’t be topped. An oldie but a goodie and stands the test of time.

    This product is a good cheese, very tasty and nice firm texture. Often on special and/or with bonus glasses etc. being given away with it. If using for baking can be a bit firm and the ‘light’ version actually works better because it is smoother.

    I will only by this when it is on special. Besides price, its a really lovely cheese, a great taste and great to use in a variety of recipes.
