My family love my pizza made with a home-made wholemeal base spread thickly with Philadelphia Spreadable Cream Cheese. Just drizzle some sweet chilli sauce (to taste) over top of the cream cheese. Lay thinly sliced potatoes all around slightly overlapping each other then sprinkle with some chopped shallots. Top with some grated light cheese and cook as usual.( around 180oC – til golden)
Serve up for dinner, for parties or even cold the next day for the kids lunch boxes.

Yeast Pizza base:
2 Teaspoons dried yeast 150ml warm water (approx.)
1 Teaspoon sugar 2 cups plain flour ( I use wholemeal – optional)
Pinch salt 2 teaspoons oil

Place all dry ingredients into a bowl. Add oil to warm water then pour into bowl and mix into a dough. Turn dough onto floured board and knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Roll out and place dough onto an oiled LARGE pizza tray or even a rectangle lamington tray.
