Love using Perfect Italiano Original Ricotta in my recipes. The only drawback is the price so stock up on it when on special as it can be frozen and then thawed for cooking.

This is a good ricotta and has a great taste and texture and I use it in lots of pasta sauces and bakes particularly cannelloni. I buy it when on special. It is also great on top of roasted veg and to spread on crackers or toast with other toppings like pickles,

Perfect Italiano is a great brand with a large variety of cheeses, however I find that the price of their ricotta is the most expensive one on the shelf.

This Perfect Italiano Original Ricotta is smooth and mild which makes it a perfect ingredient in recipes such as lasagne and cannelloni. It’s also amazing on bagels topped with fresh fruit or smoked ham. I love it straight off the spoon too as it’s so creamy.

This is a nice mild cheese that I find good for cooking with. It’s consistent in texture makes it a reliable buy.

This ricotta is a good brand. Can be used for baking or as it is. Nice and smooth and does last passed its ‘sell by’ date. Can also be frozen and thawed.
