I do prefer the ricotta that comes in a wheel/round but this ricotta is still pretty good. It has a nice flavour but I find the texture is not thick enough for my liking; I prefer a ricotta that can crumble rather than spread,

Perfect in taste, texture and quality. Would love if it was a bit more perfect in cost as when I buy it, it is usually for cooking with ans so use quite a bit. nice also to have a little spread on toast or in a sandwich or as a dollop on top of a pasta.
