I absolutely love this cheese. It’s always a hit on our serving platter. I also use this cheese as a sauce base with chicken rice and veggies. Just melt the entire cheese block and add cream. Then add chicken and veggies serving with rice. Big hit at my home and smells delicious!

The South Cape Spring Onion and Chives Cream Cheese is absolutely delicious spread on crackers or a bit of a favourite of mine is stuffed in either a mushroom cap or mini capsicums and placed in the oven until the vegies soften. The cheese gets all melted and the flavour intensifies.
