Bulla’s Creme Fraiche is an essential in my kitchen. Its a versatile product that completes many dishes from soups to desserts to finishing sauces! Bulla manages to create a lovely texture that keeps me coming back for more!

I recently tried a new recipe for potato bake/scalloped potatoes and this creme fraiche was one of the ingredients. It was a great addition as it’s nice and thick and gave a good flavour and consistency to the dish. It’s sort of a cross between cream and sour cream and definitely worth trying.

I am not a huge fan of creme fraiche, but it really does help to add a nice tangy taste to a carbonara dish for example. Short of being in France, this is not a bad option of CF.

I only recently discovered Crème Fraiche. I was rapt when I found that I can buy it at the local supermarket. It has a lovely flavour, a bit like in between sour cream and cream, but better. It is very very delicious

I used this cream cheese to make icing for a batch of red velvet cupcakes and I was very pleased with the results. The consistency wasn’t too thing or thick but it creamed perfectly and didn’t melt too much and slip off the cupcake. I definitely recommend using this product for using as a topping on any baked delights!

Crème Fraiche is trendy at the moment. It is good in pasta sauces, and good in cakes too. A healthier option to cream, it has a heap of uses.
