I used this sour cream in both a spinach dip and in an icing for red velvet cupcakes. I’ve previously used other the other variations of this product in my baking but I found this one to be the best, it was light enough to not overpower the other tastes in both the dip and icing and I loved using it.

Dairy farmers Light Sour Cream is just as good as any full cream product. I use it in cheesecakes, making dips and of course on my nachos. It’s a regular, popular item in my house.
