always always have people asking what cheese this is when I put it out on a cheese board for friends and family. Although it is expensive, the experience is worth it!

there’s nothing to fault with this product i must say. i love everything about this cheddar cheese. the smokiness is just perfect.it melts in your mouth. a bit crumble as you slice it which i don’t mind at all
