This cheese is so morish! It is light and crumbly and extremely rich and smooth. Fabulous on a platter with fruit and dips.

Tried this for the first time the other week, there is now 2 lil blocks of it in my fridge ???? perfect addition for a cheese platter. Very tasty !

I like the Mersey Valley cheddar cheese as it seems a lot less processed than other cheddars because it is very crumbly. It goes well on a cheese platter and paired with some fruit paste or onion jam. Great for sandwiches too!

I cannot state enough how much I love Mersey Valley cheese – the taste is absolutely perfect! It has a strong cheese flavour and the texture is just right. I eat this cheese first when it is on the cheese platter.

When we buy this we cant control the time it stays in the fridge it’s simply the best in our opinion extra tasty and fall apart

This cheese is incredibly tasty and very moreish. It goes with everything and is perfect for a cheese platter. It is creamy, tangy and crumbly.

This cheese is crumbly but also creamy, it’s tangy (if you can describe cheese as tangy?) and pairs really well with quince paste. I normally include it on a platter with quince paste, a great french triple brie, olives, grapes, rosemary savoury twirls (I find them in the savoury biscuits aisle with the croutons) and pate. OH YUM!!!
