This cheese makes a delicious addition to a cheese platter. The texture is smooth and crumbly, and the taste is soft with a rich aftertaste of peppercorn!

Happily another marvellous Mersey Valley cheese to eat and enjoy with my favourite fresh bread. I love the taste of this cheese and always buy a number of packets when it is on special.

I love Mersey Valley cheeses and l usually buy them for people popping over in a platter,the peppercorn cheddar is so delicious with alot of flavour.

This makes the tastiest cheese and tomato toastie. It melts just right but not too runny and has a nice bite to it’s taste. A bit strong for the kids.
