I do like the flavour of this ploughman’s cheddar cheese but unfortunately it’s not as smooth as I’d like. I found that when it sits out of the fridge it tends to get very soft.

Love this brand I have a few favourites the ploughman goes perfectly with my pickles mustards and bread or crackers will normally put this on my cheese platter

For something different but guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser, please try Mersey Valley Ploughmans cheddar cheese over a standard cheddar. Amazing texture and flavour, Mersey Valley delivers again

Definitely a great taste and very creamy but very crumbly so put it out as a whole with a knife when serving and it sticks to the knife so needs it’s own.

Absolutely gorgeous! Melts in your mouth, exploding your mouth full of crumbly, sharp, cheddar-y goodness. Rounder in flavour than the other Mersey Valley varieties, and the kids love it!

Mersey Valley have beautiful cheese and the ploughmans cheddar is one them.Fantastic to eat bt itself or with crackers and a selection of olives,pate,sundried tomatoes and paste.
