Never disappointed with south cape range and this vintage cedar is very delicious. Great for cheese platters with some crackers or on its own. Yummy indeed

South Cape’s vintage smoked applebox club cheddar cheese is a lovely tasting cheddar cheese to have with crackers. It does tend to have a funny texture if left out of the fridge for too long though.

Usually we stay away from smoked foods for the health risks but this cheese is absolutely delicious. I first tried it at a friends house and fell in love.
