This yoghurt is so nice and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s lactose free when eating it. I’m lactose intolerant and so is my daughter. I honestly now just buy this yoghurt for the whole family to eat. We all love it

Surprisingly pleasant and a great option for those that are lactose intolerant. Love that Liddells has a expanded lactose free range and the taste is not compromised.

If you require lactose free products this one is nice and creamy and very delicious. I don’t see the point in paying extra for it if you don’t need it but it’s very nice and compares well to regular yogurt

I do like the small packs these come in (4 tubs) …one tub is just right for a serve. The yoghurt is lovely and creamy and the strawberry is a bonus (great when you are in a hurry and can’t be bothered cutting up fruit). The sugar content is a little high though (pretty much all fruit yoghurts are) but it is gentle on the tummy and really is quite yummy.

The flavour is nice…but check the sugar content. Its also pricey for the amount of yoghurt you get in each tub. I would give 4 stars for flavour but the cost and sugar content brings it down to 2.5 stars. There is not alot of competition in the lactose free range which i think brings the price up.

Also, my intolerance to lactose is very high and this yoghurt gives me minor side effects. Im wondering if there are still small traces of lactose or im intolerant to other sugars or proteins found in cows milk.
