This is tasty and worth the extra cents to buy. Its full of goodness and not bloating..Yoghurts are important for calcium. I recommend valiia yoghurts.

I love this yoghurt and the fact that I can eat it without the negative side effects I get it I eat “normal” yoghurt that’s not lactose free.
I only wish it was actually available at more stores around where I live

This yoghurt is great for my daughter and she loves the vanilla tastes she eats this one alot. Great price too will keep buying this.
