I prefer to grate my own cheese as it’s cheaper but this was a real time saver for a quick dinner. The three cheese combo is so tasty and melts very well

I do prefer to grate my own blend of cheeses for nachos and tacos, but when I’m short on time, this is a great blend to have on hand. Also delicious to use on baked potatoes and pasta bakes!

I’m not sure if anyone knows this but in grated cheeses they put preservers inthem so the cheese doesn’t go mouldy for this reason I avoid cheese when it’s grated or sliced, they don’t use this on blocks of cheese as they are air vacuumed.
