I used this when I was eliminating fodmaps to work out my gut issues. The cheese was nice, melted well and convieniently already shredded. I felt it had the same taste as normal cheese but since I don’t need to go lactose free I won’t be paying the price tag for this one again

I have bought and used Liddells Lactose Free Shredded Cheese when I have cooked food for a friend. This cheese has a good taste and completed my recipe/topped it.

This Liddells lactose free shredded cheese is super great for using in my potato bake …already shredded so saves me heaps of time. We love the taste and really can’t tell the difference to regular cheese except we have no worry with health issues. Perfect.

Perfect for my lactose intollerant son. It’s not as nice as normal cheese but it is a good substitution when needed. This way he can have potato bake and zucchini slice made with ingredients he can eat without getting sick. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making our lives easier.
