Love this Parm. I always have a pack in the fridge because I use it so often. Perfect when you don’t want to grate your own. Perfect in risotto.

Very sharp indeed! Great full flavours. Although grated cheese can be more expensive than block cheese it is one thing I’m happy to pay for convenience. So much easier and still tasty. Freezes much better too.

We used to grate our own Parmesan cheese, but this is so handy and we keep it in the freezer all the time, & just add to pasta or chicken caeser salad – and there’s no waste as it kept frozen.
