Perfect Italiano’s shredded mozzarella is a very versatile mozzarella cheese. I mostly use it to top my home made pizzas, but it’s also great in cheese scrolls and on cheese melts and jaffles. It’s great.

Like all Perfect cheeses this shredded Mozzarella is perfect, and good to have on hand for unexpected uses. I keep mine in the freezer which ensures it is always fresh, and it thaws out in a minute. Great for a quick pizza using Lebanese bread as a base.
