Good to know sometimes that yoghurt comes with pre-mixed berries and fruits but while the product might not have added sugar, the berries are the culprit here

I love this yogurt. It’s really thick and exceptionally yummy with the berries swirled through it. It is quite sweet but a nice treat when on special. Yum.

I cannot get enough of the Tamar Valley yoghurt. All the flavours are beautiful, this one is my personal favourite. It’s creamy and full of flavour. Both my 5 and 2 year olds are fans as well.
