Great that is low fat and still retains good thickness of texture – not too thin and not too thick. has creamy flavour too and not tart.

Vaalia low fat yoghurt l bought when on special and was impressed with the taste and smoothness of the yoghurt. So nice by itself or with fruit.

I like guan yogurt a snack it is low calories. I flavour with either a little protein power or berries then divide up and freeze for a nice frozen yogurt

Unfortunately i am not a big fan of this yoghurt as it doesnt taste nice-quite flat and fake. I bought it couple of time and will not buy it again.

for a low fat yogurt this one is pretty good. it has a bit of a blander taste than the full fat version but it’s ok

Hip Hip Hooray for Vaalia’s Low Fat Yoghurt. It is a delicious and oh so good yoghurt and perfect with my home made fruit salad.
