I tried Yoplait Forme a few times (not from the same tubs). I was ill each time. There is a distinct artificial sweetener In it. I suspect it is Aspartane which should be banned as it has been proved it can damage your kidneys

I find that this yogurt is very thin and doesn’t have a creamy taste. It tastes or sweetener. My family isn’t a fan of this one. Maybe ok for smoothies.

This is a lovely flavour and texture and I like to add it to oats for breakfast or as a snack. Sometimes on its own it can taste a bit sweet and sometimes I mix it with a bit of greek yoghurt to balance out that sweetness.

While I found Forme Yoplait to be smooth and somewhat creamy I didn’t really enjoy it. A little too sweet for me and I prefer my yoghurt firmer.

This Yoghurt is smooth, creamy and the french vanilla flavour is the best! This is delicious with fresh fruit stirred through or oats. Highly recommended.

This was recommended by my diabetes doctor as it is top of the list for low Gi I found it smooth and creamy and full of flavour, I’m not a great yoghurt lover but I like this brand and will stick with it as it also keeps my sugars nice and steady
