This cheese has really lovely flavour. It grates really nicely and seems a bit more sturdy than Parmesan, so you don’t feel like you run the risk of the block breaking and you grating your fingers. The wax type end is handy for grating also, but it’s a little deceptive because I thought I had more cheese than I actually did.

This Pecorino Romano cheese has quite a a grainy texture, a hard and brittle rind and a tangy taste. It grates really easily which makes it perfect for pasta, soups and salad; or shaved onto cooked dishes and cream sauces.

The smell alone of this cheese oozes a decadent aroma! I feel so indulgent when I get this cheeee. It is simply the best by far!

I tried this cheese not long ago from the first time and I did like it, I thought it tasted good but taste very similar to parmesan cheese.
I’d eat this cheese again because it was just the right amount of salty and was really good to use in my cooking.
