This cheese is great for melting. It makes great gratins and also yummy pizzas. It keeps well in the fridge as well but is very fresh and feels like I just got them at the deli. Perfect portion sizes too.

This bocconcini is absolutely perfect for pizza. I love slicing it nice and thin and decorating it all over the base. When I melts it tastes divine
