in my opinion, the Mamma Lucia Grated Parmesan Cheese is one of the best. Being of Italian heritage, I enjoy the sharp, fresh taste of this cheese. A lot of grated parmesan has a musty, unpleasant smell, but not this parmesan. Sadly, I`ve been unable to find this product in South Sydney for the past few years, so today I send Provedore (the company who produce it) another email asking why it isn`t available, as they failed to reply to my first one. Hopefully I`ll receive a reply and be reunited with my beloved, cheesy, comestible.

This is better than most grated cheese. It’s actually got flavour and has a super sharp bite to it that’s unforgettable. Just a small bit will send the taste buds alight

This really is a must to add on top of my freshly cooked pasta! It makes the meal! This Parmesan is refrigerated, fresh and tasty!
