    I use this mascarpone when I make my special cheese cake. It’s got a lovely light flavour and whips up really well. It’s also nice and creamy.

    I love mascarpone, I try and use it as often as I can, when making desserts. I make a really nice Italian Tirimisu, the recipe has been passed down through generations of family. In my opinion, the mascarpone is what makes it taste so good! Pantalica is also a brand that I trust and I purchase a variety of there dairy products.

    Wow, Pantalica Marscapone is such a delicious creamy mascapone. It’s great in tiramisu, slightly sweetened and spread in between layers of sponge with jam or mixed into a cheese cake to make it extra cream and delicious.
