I love a strong blue cheese, but find when I add this to my cheese board people seem to enjoy the milder, creamier flavor. I love this cheese on the fig and walnut crackers from the biscuit aisle in coles/woolies.
Totally misread the label and didn’t realise it was a combination of Brie and blue. I can’t eat blue. King island do make the best Brie in existence though, just minus the blue
King Island Lighthouse blue brie is a special cheese to share and enjoy with friends,it tastes amazing and you only need a small amount on a water cracker, love it!
The best of both worlds – a delicious and creamy Brie with delicious and divine blue cheese – simply the best cheese to have when relaxing on the weekend with a cool beverage.
