My daughter’s paediatrician put us on to this cheese. It is sooooo good. Lemnos paneer has a firm texture and cooks up really well. It has very little if any salt in it. I add it to pastas, quiches and stir fries. It is delicious fried up in cubes or slices also. I love this cheese. It is versatile, delicious and is a good source of protein.

Words can’t describe how excited I was to firstly try this cheese in an Indian Paneer Curry and Veg dish but then when I tried it I was completely in love. It is amazing, beautiful firm texture that does not melt and stays firm in the cooking. It’s even nice on its own. Please try this and you’ll be amazed.
