I really enjoy blue vein cheese but this is one brand I did not enjoy eating. I like cheese when it’s a bit softer, this was hard, chalky and although I’m sure, others would enjoy it, I didn’t.

Long Clawson blus cheese is a srrong flavoured cheese which l just love.A small amount on crackers by itself or with a paste and it is heaven.
