Mersey Valley in an incredibly delicious cheese and I am so thankful that it is so often on special in store. We buy and eat a lot of Mersey Valley cheese including Vintage Club Cheese. A cheese that has a strong and substantial flavour and texture.

This is a bit of a staple for me. When i’m feeling like i want something a bit extra from my cheese instead of just bega i will always get this. Great with a semi dried tomato on lavosh.

Mersey Valley vintage club cheese is another amazing cheese from this brand,it is perfect for a cheese platter and add some crackers and paste and it is amazing!

Tis is by far the best cheese I’ve ever tried. It melts beautifully, it crumbles perfectly into any salad and I melt slightly in the microwave and it spreads so well!
