Where’s the free ear plugs? Why is it so dang loud and it smells funny at first I assumed cause it was new but it’s like the motor is working to hard for dissimal results

I would recommended saving up for a better brand than this. It doesn’t blend very well and is not very hardy. The storage capacity is mediocre to say the least.
