On the front packaging/label it states 3 easy steps 1. add water. 2. add eggs. 3. microwave.
But on the back of the packaging/label it actually states that you must use boiling water in the base and cups. My kettle takes quite a good few minutes to boil thus making this microwave poacher not at all quick. I purchased a microwave egg poacher and do not expect to have to use a kettle as well. Over all I could have cooked my eggs on my induction cook top in half the time. Also I cooked 2 eggs ..one turned out nice and runny but the other over cooked …yet decor tell us that the eggs cook equally.
