I love these!
I use them for making a baked rice with chicken as well as for grilled beef sandwiches.
They are super tasty and the pieces are quite big so you don’t need to worry about it being messy when you make a sandwich.

the woodfire roasting adds a smokiness to the capsicums that is quite delicious.

These are great to have on a cheese platter at dinner parties because, although being a variety of chili, they have only a little heat and are quite sweet. This makes them more palatable to more of my guests – those that don’t particularly like peppers too ht and spicy!
