The texture of the peppers are just right, however, there is a very strong vinegar flavour. Even when tossed into a salad or mixed into a pasta sauce, the vinegar overrides all the other flavours. I found i was best used as a dip – I pureed it with roasted pine nuts, romano cheese, basil and cream cheese.
