Love to use Semi dried tomatoes in many salads and pasta dishes. These ones are perfect, not just for the delicious flavour, the vibrant colour, but also 97% fat free.

Sandhurst semi dried tomatoes that are the 97% fat free ones are the best as I sometimes find the other ones delicious and still good to use in cooking, but I love when I am eating these straight from the jar or putting them in a cold dish as they are not oily but still full of flavour.

I have a jar of Sandhurst semi dried tomatoes in my fridge at present. In fact, this is a product I immediately replace when my jar is running low. Full of flavour even though almost fat free, and so versatile to toss in a salad, use in a pasta dish or put on top of a pizza. Just delicious.
