I love this flavour curry and this paste comes pretty close to the restaurants. It’s easy to use using the recipe on the jar and half the jar pretty much makes enough for 4 people.

With the addition of an onion and a cubed potato, and a can of coconut milk and its done. I always have a couple of these on standby in the pantry as it is consistently good and quick to prepare.

I discovered this little gem over winter and made so many massaman curries. I only made the curries in a crock pot and the paste has a beautiful flavour, but mild so children will love it. I used it to make both Thai chicken and beef massaman curries and even my partner loved it and he’s fussy. I use the whole jar because it’s a bit bland if you only use half.

I’ve tried a few different massaman sauces or spice mixes and this paste is the best I’ve had. I do find I have to use more than recommended to get the level of flavour I find in my favorite restaurants, but it’s worth it. My youngest daughter has times where that’s all she wants to eat.

This massaman curry paste is so handy to have in the pantry for days when you just want to pop a handful of ingredients in a pot and let stew and take flavour with a minimum of fuss. Doesn’t require too much more than your choice of protein, coconut milk and I like to add potatoes or green beans.

The whole family loves this one. I make it with chicken or beef, with lots of potato and pumpkin, and a can of chopped tomatoes, and finish off with a heap of baby spinach. Super easy to use and works great in the slow cooker too. Do yourself a favor and serve it with coconut rice!

I love this Massaman curry paste. It is a great base to my beef and potato curry. It has some bite, but not so much that you feel sick. They jars last for ages, as you don’t need to use much, and taste lovely and authentic
