These are such a pantry staple for dinners. Amazing to use in spring rolls and rice paper rolls. In a pinch when I haven’t had wai wai noodles I’ve used these as a sub in Singapore noodles and they were excellent.

Growing up eating this brand of vermicelli noodles, so definitely recommend always great to have as a pantry staple and so versatile to use in cooking different dishes, stif fries to spring rolls to rice paper rolls etc.

I use this for a quick Filipino pancit bihon.
