These pad thai noodles make for a delicious dinner that the whole extended family enjoys when we dine together – a must have for busy mums.

I use these Noodles in Curries and Soups and have found them to bulk out as they do and are easy to use. Just add the hot water and wait, then drain and use.

Found this product to be quite good but you need to separate the noodles.
Once you pour the boiling water onto them make sure you give the noodles a stir to separate them otherwise they tend to stay clumped together and can be hard.
Other than that, they are a great addition to Asian meals.
