This stuff pongs. Like really really bad. Like nothing you could actually imagine even if you were at the tip or the sewage plant. But man, it MAKES a curry paste! Worth persevering and not breathing to get it in the mix

We use this paste for our Asian cooking. It has a great flavour when used correctly, even though it may smell disgusting when first opened. A quality ingredient.
