I was so excited to make a stir fry with these noodles and vegetables. I used them on two occasions and was disappointed both times. I found the noodles very flavourless and overly soft and gluggy. The whole meal just tasted like a big mush of soy sauce. Would not buy these again unless there was severely limited products available in the shop to buy for dinners.

I always have a pack of Hokkien noodles in the fridge ready to go for a stir fry. These Kan Tong noodles are a great size and do not stick together when they are prepared ready to add to my meal.

Our family enjoy these noodles in stirfry and also in Asian inspired soups with Asian greens. They add a nice taste and some yummy carbs to meals

These are super useful. They can be used in stir fry’s or soups, anything really. You simply soak the noodles in hot water for a few minutes until soft and then add to meal. They hold together well and have a great taste.
